We provide a range of top-quality residential and non-residential programs for men and women with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our programs offer individual and group treatment, and are geared toward promoting independence and improving life skills. Clients also receive support with job development, on-the-job coaching, and educational opportunities.
With a firm belief in the therapeutic benefits of human relationships as the basis for growth and change, we challenge and support individuals in our programs to become as independent as possible.

Community Strategies client meets long-lost brother
DJ and his younger brother Cody were given up for adoption as young children and grew up unaware that the other existed, though their paths in life at times brought them within a just a few miles of each other. Nearly four decades later, they’re finally getting to know each other.

Support CRJ’s mission with a long-term lease
We’re always keeping an eye out for real estate options to provide the best programming for the individuals we support. Currently, we’re looking for single-family homes in Sturbridge, Brookfield, or the surrounding area with space for four or five individuals to lease for three to five years at market rent.
