Interested in applying for a job at CRJ? Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our application process that may be helpful.

How do I apply?

Simply click on Careers at the top of your screen to see a searchable list of all open positions. Once you’ve found a position you want to apply for, the easy-to-follow prompts will allow you to create a profile and take you through the application process. Please note that all applications should be submitted online. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept paper applications.

Can I apply for more than one position at a time?

Yes!

I’ve applied to CRJ before but I’ve lost my password. What do I do?

Just click the “Retrieve Password” link next to the “Forgot your login name or password?” message. You will receive an email within 24 hours with an automatically generated login and password that you can use to log in and update your information.

Do I need to create a new profile each time I apply?

No, setting up a profile the first time stores your information and allows you to log back in at any time in the future if you choose to apply for another position.

I received an error message while applying online. What should I do?

Please read the error message and follow the instructions on the page. If you’re unable to proceed, please email helpdesk@icims.com. Including as much information as possible regarding the error message, including details of what you were doing when you received the message and a screenshot of the message will help resolve the issue faster.

I submitted my online application. What’s next?

You will get an email confirming that we’ve received your application. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder. We review each application carefully. If you’re selected for further consideration, the exact timing of our follow-up will depend on the volume of online applications we receive for the position.

Will I be notified if the position is filled?

We make every effort to notify candidates who were interviewed for an option position once it has been filled. Job postings will also be removed from our website once they’re filled.
