Supreme "Globalistic" Rubbish

The Supreme Court is outdoing its past ignorance and foolishness - to the detriment of our freedoms and the Constitutional foundations of our nation. Law and the Constitution, under the Supreme Court's commandeering, are being trumped by "sociology," "diversity," "globalism," and other such babble in pure legal coercion. Five or more Supreme Court justices decide that something must be and the Constitution and laws of the nation can be ignored, re-written, revised, or discarded.

From recent rulings and public appearances come the following:

One justice, not finding language in the Constitution to justify overturning a state law, invoked "other authorities" in "Western civilization" and emphasized "values we share with a wider civilization" in attempts to justify a perverse, non-constitutional ruling.

Another justice wrote of "the world community" in supporting another judicial revision of the Constitution.

On national television, yet another justice gleefully speculated on "the challenge" of whether the U.S. Constitution "fits into the governing documents of other nations[!]"

Think of it: "multiculturalism" and "globalism," according to Supreme Court justices, demand that we give up our Bill of Rights, that we conform to the lower ideals, lesser freedoms, the degraded laws of Third World nations? Does the most powerful, most free land in the world sink to a globalist, least-common-denominator system of laws?

Given the tragedy of such nonsense from our supreme legal idiots, the prospects of our Constitutional values and freedoms are in peril. The nation best awaken and take action. Insidious thinking and legal babble such as this has a habit of becoming institutionalized. If that happens we shall all suffer as a result.
