SUPREMELY LOST COURT

The Supreme Court amply demonstrated its continued travel down the lost road of stupidity today. The "big nine" failed to take the opportunity to turn criminal justice even mildly back towards actual justice and rationality when they ruled against any relaxation of the foolish and nonsensical Miranda warnings which were imposed upon an incredulous citizenry by the liberal and disastrous Earl Warren court.

That nine grown men of any adult mental capacity would proscribe even a voluntary confession sans recitation of the Miranda drivel - under some pretense of "rights," yet - is seriously disheartening in the least, and murderously dangerous to true justice at worst.

The ruling clearly demonstrates the sad state of the American legal system and proves beyond any doubt how far out of touch the justices are with the rest of the nation, with common sense, and with reality.
