MISSION OF THE CRJ
Major legal reform goals of the CRJ include:
- Amendment of the Constitution to require Supreme Court and all other federal justices to stand for election every 6 years.
- Implementation of "Loser-Pays" laws in all states.
- Elimination of contingency fee work by lawyers.
- Elimination of the legal process of "Discovery."
- Elimination of jury "voir dire" and "peremptory challenges."
- Elimination of the Miranda Ruling.
- Elimination of the "Exclusionary Rule."
- Elimination of Plea Bargaining.
