Felicity Rose has over 10 years experience applying data and research to improve practices in local, state, and federal systems. Felicity leads the quantitative analysis efforts for CJI’s Justice Reinvestment efforts, helping states pursue and implement data-driven, evidence-based corrections and sentencing reform. From finding innovative ways to fill gaps in state and local data systems to projecting nuanced, longitudinal impacts based on future policy changes, Felicity specializes in using data to inform and support policymakers and practitioners. Felicity is committed to improving lives and communities through the reduction of unnecessary incarceration and the application of research and data to improve individual, structural, and societal outcomes. Felicity holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Goldman School at University of California-Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Literary Arts from Brown University.
